Family-friendly luxurious escape

The location was amazing, views of the sea from our room felt like paradise! Plus, I loved having a kitchen where I could whip up breakfast for my family while enjoying the view.

Didn't come cheap, but considering the space, it felt worth it.

The pool area shines with tropical vibes, providing a blissful retreat after a day of exploration. Rooms feel more like spacious flats than regular hotel rooms, offering a comfortable and home-like atmosphere.

Breakfast setup can create confusion, as it needs to be booked a day in advance. Kitchen facilities could use an upgrade. not enough bowls and mugs for a family. The nearby beach is unsuitable for swimming due to rocky conditions, requiring a trek to find a decent swim spot at Kamala Beach, which is not exactly right next to the property.

The garden suite was comfy with a nice outlook. The private pools were peaceful, perfect for chilling out!

Felt safe, no reason to complain.

i noticed that the hotel is just a few steps from wonderful places to eat, like the popular SILK Restaurant & Bar, and relaxing spots such as the nearby Thai Kamala Village, making it super convenient for weekend strolls and discovering fun local landmarks.

this place has a peaceful vibe with a fantastic ocean view. the staff is super friendly, always ready to help. loved the garden area and the outdoor pool was perfect for relaxing.

This place was perfect for our family getaway! We enjoyed chilling by the gorgeous pool and soaking in the sun on the nearby beach. Just a heads up, some facilities might not be available late in the evening, but it didn't put a damper on our fun. 🌊

Spacious villa, comfortable grounds, with great amenities including free Wi-Fi and a lovely saltwater pool that’s perfect for relaxation and just a short walk from local dining options and shops.

Nothing was great.

The resort features beautifully maintained grounds and a lovely garden area, creating a serene atmosphere. Enjoyed the spacious garden suite, which provided great comfort for our family. While the staff were generally polite, we encountered inconsistent service during peak times, and the hotel could benefit from better management to enhance the overall experience. Accessing the private beach was a bit cumbersome, and the lack of nearby dining options limited our choices for meals. Thin crispy fries served at the on-site restaurant were a hit during our stay.

The Estate Resort, Sha Extra Plus offers spacious villas that provide plenty of privacy and comfort, with en suite rooms and great air conditioning. The saltwater pool is well-maintained, and the property's gardens enhance the tranquil atmosphere. Additionally, the housekeeping staff consistently impress with their attention to detail, including lovely flower arrangements. It's conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from the town, allowing easy access to local shops and restaurants.

Occasional maintenance noise may be heard during the rainy season.

Free Wi-Fi worked great in the room. Air conditioning was quite noisy during nights.
